- Application of PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) processes and methodologies.
- Requirements capture and creation of work breakdown structures (WBS), resource breakdown structure (RBS) and risk management plan (RMP).
- Creation of leveled schedules with MS Project 2016 aligned with customer milestones.
- Implementation of Earned Value Management to continuously monitor and control Schedule and Cost Variance utilising SV, CV, SPI, CPI, ETC and EAC.
- Establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with QMS and stakeholder requirements.
